- Email link sent to you for Step 2, where you submit detailed info and files (or a cloud link).
- Direct contact by phone or WhatsApp.

- To respond to your enquiry and confirm what can be delivered.
- To analyse your dataset(s) and produce the agreed outputs.
- To communicate about the project (questions, clarifications, delivery).
- To keep records for business administration.
4. File uploads and third-party services
Our intake process may use third-party services such as Google Forms, Google Sheets, and email delivery to send you a Step-2 link. If Step-2 uses file upload, you may be required by the provider to sign in to upload files.
If you share a Google Drive/OneDrive link, you are responsible for setting the access permissions correctly.

We do not sell your personal data.
We may share your data only where needed to deliver the service, for example:
- With service providers used for forms, storage, or email delivery (to the extent needed for the process to work).
